CDA products are all covered by a 5 year parts guarantee, with full parts and labour covered for the first 12 months. In addition, all level 3 ovens, hobs and ranges now carry a full 5 year parts and labour guarantee, for complete peace of mind.
CDA were awarded ISO9001 accreditation in October 2008; this is a great endorsement for our meticulous and determined approach. CDA history - key dates
Established in 1991, CDA has built a solid reputation for stylish, reliable products.
1991:
Company founded.
Began production of ovens, hobs and extractors.
1992:
Diversified into distribution of several other brands in order to grow customer base and gather market intelligence. Included manufacture of CDA branded kitchen furniture.
1995:
Re-launched CDA extractors.
1996:
Launched CDA sinks and taps.
1998:
Re-launched full CDA cooking line up. Added CDA dishwashers, refrigeration and laundry products.
2000:
Sold kitchen furniture divisio. Ceased distribution of all non-CDA branded products.
2001:
Won the Lord Mayor's Award for Industry.
2003:
One million CDA branded products sold.
2004:
Acquired and re-located to 9 acre site incorporating all UK Logistics, Warehousing, Quality Control & Testing and Customer Care after-sales services.
Also located on site are Sales, Marketing, IT and Finance.
2005:
Won Manufacturers' Award for design, innovation and functionality.
Next day delivery introduced to majority of UK postcodes.
2006:
Introduced national coverage of service engineers.
Achieved highest first time fix rate in industry.
2008:
Launched over 200 new products, including the unique integrated draught beer dispenser.
Awarded ISO9001 accreditation.
2009:
Won "Product of the Year" award. Various CDA products recommended by the Energy Saving Trust.
The range now consists of over 450 appliances, sinks and taps. Each product is given the same high level of care and attention to ensure that it delivers our passion for high quality, innovation, reliability and style
