Description
The Optimyst cassette range is truly unique and offers the beauty of a real fire with the simplicity of electric. With a choice of installation options, you really can design the ultimate focal point.
Optimyst cassettes are perfect for creating a bespoke furniture piece, a media wall or an eye-catching and individual fireplace. Available in 400, 500, 600 or 1000 modules, as a bottle fed (retail) or plumbed in (commercial) options, this bespoke range allows up to 5 cassettes to be connected in series from one outlet.
With the unique Dimplex Optimyst effect, a stunning illusion of flame almost impossible to distinguish from the real thing, the worlds most realistic electric flame effect. All features can be controlled with the remote supplied or from the manual controls on the module, adjustable flame intensity and crackling log sound effect.
Bottle fed models are supplied with a refillable water bottle, providing 8 - 10 hours of supply to create the Optimyst flame effect before refilling. This module includes an LED log fuel bed with glowing logs for added authenticity.
Plumbed in modules are supplied with a metal fuel bed base, they can be connected to the fixed wiring of the premises through a suitable connection box* and to a mains water supply**. The plumbing in kit includes a built in water filter to prolong the life of your cassette.

Opti-myst cassettes can be the vital ingredient for creating an individual piece of bespoke furniture or an eye-catching focal point. The Opti-myst cassette provides realistc flame and smoke effects with fully variable intensity control.
Our longest Opti-myst® cassette, spanning 1 metre (3 feet) and can be connected in a series of cassettes for dramatic linear installations impossible to achieve with gas fireplaces giving greater flexibility to designs.
For the first time these Opti-myst fires can be plumbed to the water supply – removing the need to regularly fill up the bottle.
To further enhance the experience, the cassettes have added sound effects which offer the warming atmosphere of a crackling blaze.
